Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds.

  • We gladly offer exchanges for size only on apparel (hats, shirts, etc.).

  • To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. (Team@knicksnation.shop)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we’ll cover shipping for the replacement item once we receive the original.

  • Stickers, accessories, and limited-release items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
